But I have to admit that I have been too busy with my new websites, so have taken the lazy option of re-sowing in the polytunnel, which you will see in my new posts.
I have been sent to the back of the class and had to do a hundred lines of 'must try harder!'Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03329172791821667793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9137246611326999073.post-76050498570884545392011-01-29T08:32:12.202+01:002011-01-29T08:32:12.202+01:00Very nice and innovative thinking indeed. There os ...Very nice and innovative thinking indeed. There os a need fr more such thoughts so that there can be substituting ideas for growing better produce.Mike's Air Conditioninghttp://www.mikesairconditioning.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9137246611326999073.post-41373043193329727752011-01-06T18:33:19.588+01:002011-01-06T18:33:19.588+01:00Hi Stuart

So they will be put into large pots with a stake.
Just watch this space if you want to follow my mistakes. lol.Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03329172791821667793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9137246611326999073.post-50602338239776372052011-01-06T11:34:37.287+01:002011-01-06T11:34:37.287+01:00Inspirational stuff, Steve, thanks! I shall email this link over to Gabrielle's computer (four feet away!) and dig out the heated propagator we found in my parents garage and see what we can do.
Can you give us an update (next blog?) on when these plants are expected to be planted out and where (inside/outside).
With you tutelage, we'll look forward to a longer tomato season,
Cheers!Stuart and Gabriellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07886622731103783384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9137246611326999073.post-30009459258415545222011-01-04T09:19:51.652+01:002011-01-04T09:19:51.652+01:00Hi Mika, the problem is that it was zero degrees o...Hi Mika, the problem is that it was zero degrees outside last night, so the seeds need to be as warm as possible to germinate, about 20 is best. In the spring and summer, it would be far simpler.Stevehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03329172791821667793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9137246611326999073.post-15733000720515825632011-01-04T04:31:14.010+01:002011-01-04T04:31:14.010+01:00That is a lot of hard work for the seeds to germin...That is a lot of hard work for the seeds to germinate! Here we simply sow the seeds in the soil and they will grow. But the fruits are not as big and as nice as yours.

Thank you for your comment on my previous post.
Happy germinating! ;)miruku https://www.blogger.com/profile/01786900237495687254noreply@blogger.com
